As I move through life and my photographic career, both my view of the world and the way I choose to capture it are ever changing. I adore light, and at times the absence of it. I am drawn to weather, especially cloud patterns and am often seen with my eyes heavenward. Those in my inner circle know a woman who loves to adventure down roads less taken.  I fear few things and celebrate many. I have loved deeply and am blessed to have discovered photography at a young age. Whether I am photographing interior design or a majestic landscape my intent is to create art.  Photography  has encouraged me to explore planet earth at greater lengths than I believe I would have without it as a close friend and companion.  I am a mother, adventurer, romanticist, spiritual, an entrepreneur and cherish my inner circle of friends.

 

Upon completing studies at Brooks Institute of Photography, with focus in Architecture and Interior Design Photography, I built a successful commercial photography business with offices on the east and west coasts.  Early in my career my work focused solely on building mixed media visual portfolios for Fortune 500 Companies, with a special emphasis in the hotel and destination resort markets.  Later, I launched a second photography business focused on supporting risk management for large capital development through ground to air visual mapping services.  ​My firm delivered expertise in collecting spatially accurate digital, drone and aerial visual documentation. It was credited for saving hundreds of millions of dollars, with support dedicated to construction liability management, QAQC oversight, and owner operations and management scopes.  We supported more than 33.5 million square feet of large capital development scope to date.

I have worked on notable projects for National Geographic, the National Football League, the National Baseball League, the Los Angeles Dodgers, The Los Angeles Rams, The Los Angles Chargers, The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino, MGM, City Center Las Vegas, Los Angeles World Airports, Sacramento International Airport, San Diego International Airport, and Sky Harbor International Airport, Flemings Steakhouse, PF Changs, The Madison Hotel in Washington DC, Mandarin Oriental Washington DC, Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, Veer Towers Las Vegas, Omni Resorts, Starwood Resorts,  and Hilton Hotels.  

 

Aside from my work in architectural photography, my personal passions are fueled my her love for geographic exploration and building recognition for photography as collectible fine art. I have led 31 landscape photographic workshops with destinations in California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona and Utah.  In 2014, I embarked on a solo photography expedition canvasing 13,000 miles across the Southwest and Northwest United States in a span of a year.  During this journey, I visited numerous state and national parks while randomly turning down roads that called to me; this is where I created many of my greatest work. I often put down my camera to take in the beauty and life-scapes.
